🆕 Description Can Be Added Without a Title

Previously, users could only add a description to a Stat Chart if a title was provided. Now, that limitation has been removed — you can add a description independently, even if you choose not to display a title.

This gives you more flexibility in how you present key metrics, especially when you want to keep the chart visually minimal while still adding context.
