Striped Rows for Tables & Pivot Tables

We've introduced a new Striped Rows formatting option for Tables and Pivot Tables to improve report readability by applying alternating row colors.

How to enable:

1. Navigate to Format → Table Styling.

2. Enable the Striped Rows toggle.

3. Select the desired colors for Odd Rows and Even Rows (both default to White).

4. Click Apply, then Save & Run to save your changes.

This feature makes large datasets easier to scan and improves the overall visual presentation of tabular reports.

📑 Enhanced Subtotal Display & Formatting

We've improved the way Subtotals are displayed to provide a cleaner and more intuitive reporting experience.

What's changed:

• Subtotal values are now displayed only once in the Subtotal row, eliminating duplicate values across grouped rows.

• Cells that previously repeated subtotal values will now appear blank.

• Hovering over these blank cells will display the corresponding subtotal value, ensuring the information remains easily accessible without cluttering the report.

New subtotal formatting options:

Navigate to Format → Total → Subtotal Formatting to configure:

• Subtotal Position – Display subtotal rows at the Top or Bottom of each group.

• Default View – Choose whether grouped data is displayed in an Expanded or Collapsed state when the report loads.

These enhancements provide a cleaner report layout while giving you greater flexibility in how grouped data and subtotal information are presented.
