📊 Complete Control Over Combo Chart Labels

We’ve revamped the way you customize labels in combo charts to give you unmatched flexibility:

Global Label Settings:

• You can now modify label properties like font color, font size, background color, and more for all chart labels simultaneously.
• This ensures a consistent look for your labels across your visualization.

Want one label to stand out with unique styling? Now you can!

• You can also customize individual labels independently using the “Customize specific label” section.
• This feature provides granular control, enabling you to design visually appealing and impactful combo charts.

Custom labels

ℹ️ Add and Customize Column Descriptions in Table and Pivot Visualizations

We’ve enhanced column descriptions across all report types to improve context and clarity.

Here’s how it works:

For Model Reports

At the Model Level:

• You can add descriptions for columns at the model level.
• When used in visualizations, these appear as info icons in column headers.

New Feature:

After adding a column to a table or pivot visualization, you can:

• Edit the description for that specific instance in the build section.

Impact: These edits don’t affect the original model-level description.

You can always reset to the model-level description anytime using the “Reset” button.

Once changes are done, you can save the updated description, which will be reflected in the visualization instance for enhanced customization.

For SQL Reports

• You can add descriptions for columns directly from the query output panel (left panel after running the query).
• These descriptions are now carried forward to table and pivot visualizations.

Instance-Specific Customization:

• You can also modify the description within the build section of the visualization without changing the original description.
• With this, you can tailor descriptions to suit the context of each report instance.

For Table Reports

• You can add a column to the build section of a table or pivot visualization, click the drop-down arrow, and select “Label & Description”.
• Here you can add or update the description.
• Once saved, the description is visible as an info icon in the respective column header.

🧠 Smarter Field Management in the Group By Section

When adding fields to the Group By section using the “Add Column” popover:

New Behavior:

• Newly selected fields will now appear at the bottom of the list
• Maintains your existing order and workflow continuity.

⚡️ Optimized Dashboard Loading for Faster Performance

We’ve made key optimizations to improve dashboard loading speeds:

• Dashboard tiles now load significantly faster.
• The overall loading experience is smoother, ensuring minimal delays and better productivity.
